Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains how GENUISOLV(“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information provided through this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and to run the site properly.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us — when you submit the contact form we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the details of your enquiry.
- Technical information — our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and reliable.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To provide services you have asked us to provide.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Legal basis
Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries you send us, on contract where we provide services to you, and on consent where you have given it (for example, the consent box on our contact form). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and then for a reasonable period for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Sharing
Your information may be processed by service providers we use to run this website and our email — for example our hosting and email delivery providers — acting on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@genuisolv.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
